Former Editor-In-Chief Ziba Kashef Moves To Newly Created Editor At Large Spot To Pen Monthly Advice Column

South San Francisco, CA – Abigail Tuller has been named the editor-in-chief of Pregnancy Magazine, Future US, Inc.’s market-leading magazine for first-time mothers, it was today announced by Publisher Andy Swanson. Tuller will take the editorial reigns beginning with the June issue.

Tuller comes to Pregnancy with 15 years of top-level publishing experience at Cherry Lane Magazines, Cherry Lane Music Foundation and Miller Sports Group, among other magazine publishers. She was most recently editorial director and operations manager for Cherry Lane, editor-in-chief of Cherry Lane's Women Who Rock and was the managing editor for Miller Sports Group (Mountain, Sports & Living and Tennis). Tuller is the mother of two young children, Mason, 4, and Rex, 2.

“It’s an honor to be heading up a magazine that offered me great information and support when I was pregnant with my first child,” states Tuller. “Joining such an experienced, capable staff will make my job very easy. We’re all very excited to continue Ziba’s smart, modern redesign that suits the ever-evolving baby industry.”

Pregnancy’s former editor-in-chief, Ziba Kashef, will transition to the newly created position of editor at large to allow her to spend more time with her growing family. In her new role, Kashef will write a monthly maternity advice column, which will debut in the magazine’s June 2007 issue.

Under her direction, Kashef helped establish Pregnancy as one of the leading titles for first-time moms. In recent months, the magazine has made its mark with investigative reports on critical health issues and celebrity features on Julie Bowen, Kimberly Williams Paisley and many other Hollywood stars.

"We have been so pleased with the results that Ziba and her staff have had in the six months since we transitioned Pregnancy from its former home in Atlanta,” states publisher Andy Swanson. “The magazine has never looked better - inside and out. We're fortunate that Ziba will still be contributing to the magazine each month with her new column. We're equally excited to have Abbie joining the team and expect more great things to come with the brand. Her unique publishing experience and passion for the subject matter will be evident from the very first issue."
